The large living room is furnished with a cozy fireplace, a comfortable sofa, a chair, a TV, and other furniture. Additionally, there is a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a laundry room with a washing machine.

Moving upstairs, there is a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet. The first bedroom offers a comfortable double bed (140), while the second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds (90). There are also two more bedrooms, both featuring single beds (90). Furthermore, a cot is available for your convenience.

Outside, you can enjoy the lovely garden, relax on the provided sunbeds under the shade of a parasol, and make use of the barbecue for delightful outdoor meals.

Directions

To reach the "gîte de Navarre" from Caen, follow these travel directions: Start by taking the D613 (also known as Route de Paris) for approximately 14km. Once you reach Vimont, make a right turn onto the D47 (Route de St Pierre sur Dives). At the roundabout, take the D80 on the right and continue for 2km. Then, take a left turn towards the chapel of Beneauville (D232). After traveling for about 800m, you will find the "gîte de Navarre" located on your left.
