Welcome to our charming 4-star gîte gallery and its stunning garden, exclusively for your enjoyment. Located near the Swiss border (Basel) and Germany (Weil am Rhein), this beautiful house is classified by the Prefecture and approved by Charming Cottage - 3 ears with Gîtes de France. With a capacity to accommodate 7 to 8 people plus a baby, our gîte is situated in a picturesque village nestled at the foot of Sundgau half Alsatian Jura, welcoming guests all year round. The interior of the house is adorned with sixty watercolors and acrylic paintings, creating an atmosphere reminiscent of an inhabited gallery.

The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, an open dining area connected to the living room (equipped with a comfortable sofa, TV, DVD player, and HIFI system), a bathroom with a hydrojet shower, a washer-dryer, and a separate toilet. Moving on to the first floor, you will find a bathroom with a shower and a whirlpool tub, a separate toilet, and two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds and one additional single bed) both with access to a spacious balcony. The second floor offers a large open space with four single beds, along with a lounge, library, and a TV. The gîte is equipped with electric heating and upon request, we can provide baby equipment.

Outside, you will find a private garden, parking, and a closed courtyard protected by an automatic gate. Additionally, there is a balcony and terrace furnished with garden furniture, a barbecue, and a ping-pong table. We offer a long weekend rate (3 nights) for 330 units, and there is a charge of 10 units per day for each pet. We also provide waste sorting options with compost available for use. Beds are made upon your arrival, and free WIFI access is provided for your convenience.

LA MAISONNETTE-SMÜESSHISLÉ is a charming guest-house situated in a small village in the Sundgau region, at the foot of the Alsatian Jura. This delightful accommodation, rated 3 ears of corn by Gîte de France, offers a serene escape surrounded by nature and various leisure activities. Attached to the owners' residence, this spacious country house is tastefully decorated with sixty paintings and welcomes guests all year round.

The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen with an open living room, as well as a bathroom with a washing machine. On the first floor, you will find two bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed, along with a separate toilet and another bathroom. The second floor offers a large open space with three single beds and a cozy lounge area.

For your entertainment, the guest-house provides a DVD player, two TVs, and a hi-fi system. Electric heating ensures a comfortable stay throughout the year. Outside, you can enjoy a generous balcony and terrace complete with garden furniture and a barbecue. The property also offers access to a private yard enclosed by an automatic gate, as well as parking facilities and a well-maintained garden. Additionally, baby equipment is available upon request, and the beds will be made for you prior to your arrival.

To get to your destination, follow these travel directions:

If you are coming from Mulhouse on Highway A35, take the Saint-Louis/Hésingue exit. After exiting, turn left towards Hésingue. Keep driving through Hésingue and continue in the direction of Folgensbourg. Drive through Folgensbourg, Bettlach, and Saint-Blaise. Once you reach Oltingue, look for the rue principale (main street). Turn left into the first street before the Musée Paysan (look for a white sign that says "Chapelle Saint-Brice"). On the left side of this street, you will find a courtyard after a red gate. The owner's house is located at the corner of Rue Principale and Rue de Leymen.
