The terrace, as well as the living room and kitchen, provides breathtaking views over the sea.

For added convenience, the flat includes two underground garages and an alarm system. There are two bedrooms, one equipped with an electrical double bed and a TV, and the other with twin beds (one electrical) and a baby bed.

Various amenities are provided, such as Freebox, telephone, internet, computer, CD player, TV, DVD player, and wide cupboards. The kitchen is separate and equipped with a dishwasher, drying washing machine, freezer, oven, microwave, and iron.

The bathroom features an Italian shower, toilet, and washbasin. There is also a second separate toilet. Additionally, if needed, baby accessories can be provided upon request.

The rental rates for this flat are as follows: 900€ per week from 13th to 27th July, 1000€ per week from 3rd to 10th August, and 450€ per week from 5th to 19th October. Cleaning services are available for an additional fee ranging from 30€ to 40€.

Directions

To reach Toulon from Marseilles, simply follow the motorway. Once you reach La Ciotat, exit the motorway. Look for the sign that says "centre ville" and continue until you see the sign for "plage" (beach). At the center of the beach, you will find a charming white and new flat that resembles a boat.
