Get cottages located on the peaceful Vendée coast, just a short distance from the sea and beautiful beaches. Situated in the coastal region of Vendée in Pays de la Loire, 100 miles south of Nantes, and only 3 km away from the beaches, our cottages offer a serene and natural environment. We have a newly built lodging that can accommodate up to 6 people, as well as three guest rooms in an old farm building. The property spans approximately 3 hectares and is designed to accommodate horses, with fenced paddocks, stables, a riding arena, and ski upholstery.

The gite description: Our newly constructed brick cottage, measuring 60 square meters, includes two bedrooms with double beds (140 cm) and one bedroom with two single beds (90 cm). It also features a room with a sink and a spacious shower measuring 1m x 1m, as well as a separate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge freezer, combination stove, electric oven, and microwave. Additionally, there is a small private garden with a BBQ and outdoor furniture.

The cottages description: Within the old farm building, there are three large rooms ranging from 24 to 32 square meters. Two of the rooms can accommodate up to 4 people, while the largest room can accommodate up to 5 people. There is a conservatory and a shared kitchen available for all three bedrooms, allowing guests to enjoy their meals on-site. Each room has a separate entrance.

All necessary shops and services are located just 2 km away. Access to the beach is possible by bike, using small safe routes and bicycle paths. There are plenty of opportunities for horseback riding, hiking, and cycling directly from our property. We provide routes that showcase the diverse landscapes of the region, including marshes, farmland, forests, rocky and sandy coastlines, and even a beach exclusively for off-season horseback riding. The famous attractions of Le Puy du Fou and La Rochelle aquarium are just an hour's drive away. For sports enthusiasts, there are renowned surf spots (such as Bud Bud spot), as well as activities like sand yachting, speed sailing, kite surfing, sailing, and windsurfing, all available along our coast. Within a 10-minute drive, there is also an adventure park called Indian Forest for those seeking thrilling experiences.

For nature lovers, the Payré Point and its holm oaks, as well as the Arçay Point and its bird sanctuary, will provide a delightful experience.
