This charming gite is the perfect escape for nature lovers and hikers seeking a peaceful retreat away from busy roads. Nestled in delightful countryside, the property offers a large and pleasant lawned garden with garden furniture, providing the ideal setting for enjoying a refreshing drink or al fresco meal on sunny days.Outside, guests will find private parking for up to four cars, a beautifully landscaped entrance with paved stones, and an expansive 80 square meter rose marble terrace complete with a pergola. The garden is equipped with comfortable furniture and a barbecue, perfect for outdoor gatherings. For families with children, there is a swing set and sandbox to keep the little ones entertained.
Inside the gite, the ground floor features a separate room housing convenient amenities such as a dishwasher, washing machine, drying machine, and cleaning equipment. There is also a separate WC with storage space and cleaning products, as well as a main bathroom equipped with a bathtub, WC, cupboard, mirror, and wash hand basin.
The well-equipped solid oak timber kitchen boasts a gas cooker, cooker hood/extractor, 1.5 bowl sink, small and large electric ovens, microwave oven, and fridge/freezer. The living room offers a traditional wood fireplace, dining area, comfortable angle sofa, TV, pay phone, books, and games. With direct access to the garden and stunning views of the surrounding countryside, it is a cozy and inviting space.
Upstairs, guests will find three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 features a double bed and closet, while Bedroom 2 offers four single beds and a closet. Bedroom 3 is a double bedroom with a closet, color TV, a bed for a baby, and a balcony. There is also a bathroom with a separate shower, wash hand basin, and mirror.
To ensure a comfortable stay, the cottage is heated throughout by electric panel heaters, providing warmth during chilly months. Warm water production is supplied by a separate electrical unit, and a VIVA service phone is available for guests' convenience.
