This gite offers two shared pools, a miniature golf course, and a beautiful 82-acre lake. Guests can enjoy activities such as swimming, fishing, rowing, canoeing, and sailing on the lake. Additionally, the site is conveniently located at the junction of three regions: Limousin, Quercy, and black Périgord.

In Limousin, guests can explore attractions such as the museum of President Jacques Chirac in Sarran, the red stone houses of Collonges, horseback riding in Pompadour, regional markets, the slate of Travassac, the ruins of Turenne castle, and more. Quercy offers attractions like Rocamadour, the monkey forest, the famous Padirac, the fortress of Fenelon, and Beaulieu sur Dordogne. In black Périgord, guests can visit Sarlat-la-Caneda, the caves of Lascaux, the chasm of Christopher Proumeyssac, and many prehistoric sites. The region also offers opportunities for barge and canoeing trips and festivals.

The gite provides a range of services, including the option to rent a TV from the owner and arrangements for cleaning for an additional fee. Additionally, guests can find a washing machine, dryer, and barbecue available at the reception, though these amenities come at a charge. The gite is an affiliate of ANCV and accepts checks.

The rates for the gite range from 290 euros to 690 euros per week for groups of 5 to 6 people. For weekends, the rate is 110 euros for one night and 140 euros for a family. There are also promotional offers, such as a discounted rate of 250 euros instead of 290 euros per week for couples and a 15% discount for consecutive stays of two weeks until 07.18.2009.
