Located near La Rochelle, Lagord (with Arlette) is just a 10-minute drive from the Old Port and the Ile de Ré. In a tranquil house, surrounded by a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere, I offer three tastefully decorated guest rooms.The White House room can accommodate 1 to 3 people and features a single bed (1m) and a comfortable sofa bed (140cm). It also includes a wardrobe, writing table with chair and armchair, and a private bathroom with a shower, sink, and storage unit (hairdryer available upon request).
The Blue Bedroom and Pink Bedroom can be combined to create a family suite. Each room is equipped with a 140cm bed, an office, and a cabinet. The separate bathroom (shower) and toilet are shared between these two rooms.
Guests have access to a garden and non-smoking rooms. Pets are not allowed. Breakfast is served in a spacious veranda and includes hot drinks, orange juice, pastries, bread, jams, and cereals for children.
Parking is convenient and there are bike trails to Lagord La Rochelle (10 minutes) and the Ile de Ré (20 minutes). A shuttle bus to the city is also available. For sports enthusiasts, there is a tennis court in Lagord and an 18-hole golf course in Marsilly, just 4km away.
The rates for a one-week stay, including breakfast, are as follows:
- 1 person: €350
- 2 people: €385
- 3 people: €490
For nightly stays, the rates, including breakfast, are:
- 1 person: €55
- 2 people: €60
- Additional bed: €15
There is a supplement of €10 for one-night stays and a tourist tax of €0.42 per night and per person (from 10 years old) from April 1st to September 30th.
