The cottage underwent renovation in 2006 and boasts a comfortable and charming atmosphere. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room with a cozy sitting area surrounding a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen complete with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and kettle, as well as a dining corner. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with two single beds), a bathroom, a toilet, and a washing machine. The cottage is heated with electric heating.

Outside, you can enjoy a terrace with stunning views of the Pyrenees, a garden, a solarium, and a parking space. The cottage measures 90 square meters and has additional outdoor space.

There are plenty of activities to enjoy on-site, such as hiking (with the GR86 trail passing by the house), horse riding, fishing, and even horse and donkey rides. Just 2 kilometers away, there is a swimming pool, tennis courts, a lake with pedal boats, fishing opportunities, a climbing area, a castle, a museum, an exhibition hall, and a market. Within a 6-kilometer radius, you can engage in activities like hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding, mountain biking, paragliding, and even tree-top golfing. Within 20 kilometers, you will find thermal baths, a casino, a cinema, skiing opportunities, museums, guided tours, caves, an abbey, and Gallo-Roman sites.

The cottage comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. The price includes a package of 56 kilowatts of electricity, with any additional usage charged at a rate of 0.13 KW. Additionally, a package of wood is provided free of charge.
