Description for Gite
The studio is situated near 50 ski resorts in St Gervais. It is conveniently located on the ground floor, with easy access to the chalet via the slopes or the pool. The terrace offers stunning views of Mont Blanc and St Gervais.Upon entering the studio, you will find a spacious hallway equipped with a cupboard, clothes hangers, iron, ironing board, and cleaning accessories. This hallway leads to a separate cabin, which can be closed off with a curtain. The cabin features two bunk beds with two drawers, each containing a double quilt and two single quilts. There are also four throws and two bedside lamps.
Adjacent to the cabin is a private bathroom, complete with a bathtub, washbasin, hairdryer, bathroom and drying carpets, and a toilet.
Continuing through the studio, you will arrive at a fully equipped kitchen. It includes dishes, a microwave, an oven grill, a fridge, a coffee machine, a raclette and fondue pot, and all the necessary cooking utensils.
In the small hallway, there are two solid oak folding beds that can be easily stored during the day to create more space. The kitchen area also features a TV and DVD player.
The living room area consists of a sofa bed that can accommodate two people, as well as a dining area with a large oak table, three oak chairs, and an oak bench. This area overlooks a spacious bay window and leads to the terrace, which is furnished with a table and chairs.
The studio is east-facing and measures 30 square meters, with an additional 5 square meters of terrace space.
For convenient storage of your skis, a locked and private room is available right next to the studio. It can be accessed with the same key as the studio and provides storage for skis, sleds, a garden table, and chairs. We recommend our tenants store any bulky items, such as luggage, in this room.
Please note that sheets, pillowcases, and towels are not provided, so guests are advised to bring their own.
