This stunning villa available for rent is conveniently located just a 4-minute drive from Lumio village and a short 5-minute drive from the beautiful sandy beach of Arinella. The beach boasts an exceptional restaurant that serves delicious lunch and dinner, creating a romantic atmosphere with candlelit tables set out on the sandy shores.

As you approach Villa Lucia, the sight of its solid oak door adorned with intricate carvings of wheatsheaves and olives immediately sets the tone for a truly special experience. Nestled within its own grove of oak trees, this recently constructed villa has been meticulously finished to the highest standards using traditional materials.

Upon entering the villa, you step onto the covered breakfast terrace and into a welcoming hallway. To the front, you will find a spacious and inviting sitting room, complete with comfortable sofas, a coffee table, satellite TV, and a DVD player. To the left, there is a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances including a fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, and a family dining table and chairs. French windows open up to the garden on one side, while another door leads to the magnificent front terrace that offers breathtaking panoramic views of the curving bay and the ancient citadel of Calvi.

The kitchen seamlessly flows into a generous dining area with a table and chairs, which then leads to the expansive main sitting room. This room features large, plush white sofas and chairs, and both sections of the room have French windows that open directly onto the front terrace. The terrace itself is furnished with a large parasol, a dining table and chairs, a gas BBQ, and comfortable sun loungers.

The ground floor of the villa is home to three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms boast double beds and French windows that open onto the garden, offering captivating sea views. Adjacent to these bedrooms is a charming twin bedroom, located next to a lovely bathroom complete with a spacious spa bath, basin, and a separate tiled shower. A separate WC is also available.

An open staircase leads up from the hallway to the master suite, which boasts its own balcony that provides stunning views of Calvi and the surrounding mountains. The master suite also features a large bathroom with a luxurious spa bath, a basin, and a WC. Additionally, there is a second balcony at the back of the house that offers fantastic views of the mountains and the picturesque, ancient village of Lumio perched on the hillside.

Completing the villa's amenities is a 10m x 5m swimming pool set within pleasant grounds, surrounded by an olive grove.
