Welcome to "Les mésanges," our charming holiday cottage. Originally a barn, this cozy maisonette cottage (45 sqm) offers an inviting and luminous living space. The mezzanine features a comfortable double bed (140x200cm), while the living area provides a sofa bed (150x190cm). A round dining table with four chairs and ample storage space complete the furnishings.The ground floor houses a bathroom with a shower and a compact kitchen equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and electric stove. Additionally, you will find a radio, vacuum cleaner, WiFi, and cleaning supplies for your convenience.
Outside, the cottage offers parking, outdoor furniture, and a grill. The expansive garden (4000 sqm) boasts a refreshing swimming pool (9 x 4m), sunshades, deckchairs, and a playground. For bookworms, we offer a selection of books in various languages to enjoy during your stay.

2 nuits passées dans cette agréable chambre d'hôte . Hôtesse très sympathique, chambre "merle" spacieuse.petit déjeuner copieux .le tout dans un environnement au calme.
Un superbe sejour
Nous avons séjournés 5 nuits début août 2015 dans un gite trés confortable très propre, notre hôtesse était discrète et très attentionnée, lenvironnement très agréable, nous avons pu profiter de la piscine du barbecue . Un très très bon souvenir, nous recommandons cet endroit et nous reviendrons.

Nous avons passé une nuit en famille dans la grande chambre et profité de la fraîcheur de la piscine.

Une hôtesse charmante et attentionnée
Dominique sait recevoir ses hôtes avec beaucoup d attention et de générosité. La louchetière est un site agréable et très calme. Les petits déjeuner copieux et les confitures maison excellentes. Merci à Dominique pour ses conseils avisés sur les endroits à visités. Un lieu plein de charme à recommander.

Le Breil sur Merize is a small village in the northeastern Sarthe region with a population of 1480. It is conveniently located between two main directions: D357 towards Le Mans and Orléans, and D323 towards Le Mans and Paris. For access to the A28 motorway, you can reach Connerré which is just 8 km away. Once you arrive at Le Breil sur Merize, you will find La Louchetière on the D266 route de Bouloire.
