This historic estate, established by the de Launcells family after the Norman Conquest, is nestled in a peaceful valley just beyond the old Market Town of Crediton and close to the village of Sandford.

Combe Lancey is a fully operational farm with sheep and cattle, and can be accessed via its own private roads that wind through its 150 acres of meadows. It is conveniently located just a short half-mile walk from Crediton, and the charming village of Sandford, with its quaint old Pubs, is also nearby. For nature enthusiasts, the stunning landscape of Dartmoor National Park is easily accessible, and the historical Cathedral City of Exeter is just a short distance away.

The cozy accommodation is housed in the cob and timbered Linhay, which is part of the Listed 15th Century thatched Farmhouse. From here, guests can enjoy picturesque views of the valley, the formal gardens, and the orchard. The two en-suite rooms, along with the separate Breakfast Room, offer a peaceful and comfortable retreat, ensuring complete privacy for guests.
