Buttermilk Lodge was specifically designed with guest comfort in mind. Each room is equipped with its own private bath/shower room, WiFi, TV, radio, ironing facilities, personal toiletries, and a hairdryer. In addition, our guest lounge offers complimentary tea and coffee, a cozy real turf fire, a wide selection of books and board games, as well as original artwork.

Our breakfast room is spacious and filled with natural light. Guests are welcome to help themselves to a variety of options including juices, cereals, cheese, cold meats, and freshly baked goods. While you enjoy these offerings, we will prepare your cooked breakfast to order, using locally sourced ingredients. All meals are accompanied by your choice of hot beverages and toast, as well as homemade baked goods.

Our home is known for its warm and friendly atmosphere. We are more than happy to assist you with any onward bookings, provide restaurant recommendations, or offer general information about the area. For your convenience, we also have a computer with a printer available for guests to use. Don't forget to visit our Connemara Ponies and Sheep, which are located nearby.

If you have an early start to your day, we can provide early breakfasts, and if you're planning to explore the beautiful surroundings, we can also prepare packed lunches for you to take along.
