Forest Edge is located at coordinates Lat: -33°5545.8S and Lon: 22°5618.9E, which can also be expressed as Dec: -33.9294027642531 and Dec: 22.9385948181152. It is a 20-minute scenic drive from Knysna, taking you into the mountains and forest. The location is conveniently close to amenities while still offering a peaceful escape from the crowds, traffic, and congestion.
To reach Forest Edge from the N2 between Sedgefield and Knysna, follow these directions: Drive about 1.5km west of the Knysna lagoon bridge and then turn north onto the Rheenendal road. After 11.5km, you will pass the Rheenendal Petrol Station. Keep going until you see the Bibbys Hoek sign and turn right there. Follow the dirt road for 2.2km and then turn left at the intersection. Continue for another 1.5km, and you will reach Forest Edge, the last property on this road. Don't worry about the dirt roads; they are easily navigable even for small cars. Enjoy the tranquility of Forest Edge!
