Description for Gite

I am a private individual and an avid collector of vintage cars, specifically Citroen, Peugeot, and Simca models from the 1950s, 1960s, and 1970s. I am offering a furnished house for rent in a charming small village near MONTPELLIER, in the beautiful south of France.

The house can be divided into two separate self-contained flats if needed. The ground floor consists of 80 m2 of space including a kitchen, living room, 2 terraces, a bathroom with a toilet, 2 bedrooms (with the possibility of an additional bed in the living room), and a private outdoor car park. On the first floor, there is 100 m2 of space including a kitchen, living room, terrace, bathroom with a toilet, and 4 bedrooms (with the possibility of an additional bed in the living room), as well as a private outdoor car park.

The village of Saint Drézéry (34160) is conveniently located just 30 minutes away from various attractions such as the city of Montpellier, the sea (Carnon, Palavas), the Camargue, and the Cevennes. There are plenty of opportunities for strolls, visits, and excursions in the surrounding areas, including the sea, the river, and the countryside.

The rental price is 500 € per week for each apartment or 950 € for the entire house. There is a sliding scale tariff available based on the duration of the stay.
