Alliance of history and modernity, perfect for a wonderful stay. It is with great pleasure that we welcome you to our single-storey villa with its mill located on the site of a former rum distillery. The 2500 m2 wooded grounds include a swimming pool and private parking, just 500m from the fishing port and the beach of Saint Félix. Ideally located between Sainte Anne and Le Gosier and close to shops (1 minute walk) such as grocery stores, bakeries, pizzerias, dry cleaners, restaurants, and bars.

We offer 3 comfortable double rooms (Iguana, Calebasse, Moulin) equipped with quality bedding and private bathrooms. The Iguana room has a private toilet and direct access to the garden and swimming pool.

We also offer airplane rides and boat trips. We can arrange car rentals and airport transfers for you.

On Wednesday and Thursday nights, we offer the option of a friendly dinner at €15 per person, with a complimentary aperitif by the pool (wine not included).

Upon your arrival at the villa, a welcome drink and a small snack will be offered to you.

The rooms and common areas are non-smoking.

Hearty American breakfasts are included.

We also prepare generous picnic baskets for 1 to 6 people to take with you for lunch.
