Location with exceptional sea and island views, in a quiet area, in Brittany's Cotes-dArmor Bay of Perros-Guirec in Trélévern, for 6 people, 200m from the sandy beach (Kériec), and the GR34 hiking trail, with direct access. The view constantly changes with the tides, offering magnificent colors.
There is a beautiful garden, an outdoor terrace facing the sea, parking, and a garage in the basement.
With bright interiors and wonderful views, it is comfortable and well-equipped (labelled Clévacances). Ideal for a family vacation with 4 to 6 people, the apartment is located on the ground floor:
The living room and lounge are very bright with large windows facing the sea.
There are three bedrooms with closets (possibility to rent sheets),
There is a bathroom with bathtub/shower, two sinks, and a separate toilet.
Everything is exclusively for independent rental.
Various amenities are available such as outdoor furniture, barbecue, and foosball.
